Yep, it’s true! You can make a great cupcake that still has great nutritional values! It’s true, you don’t have to substitute sugar, take out milk, remove eggs….you can have a full fat cupcake and still have it be healthy and below 300 calories!
All of my cupcakes I try to keep UNDER 300 calories, I’ve had one or two that hit 300, but nothing so far over 300 calories! That includes full fat, vegan, gluten free, nut allergy friendly and diabetic friendly! Why should we be forced to limit ourselves to one cupcake and feel guilty if we have another, there is no reason you can’t enjoy more than one!!
